High proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Sass
In-depth understanding of browser objects

Python WSGI-style web application development
PostgreSQL (administration, plpgsql, PostGIS)
Object-relational mapping tools (e.g. Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)
Responsive Web Design
Software packaging and deployment (e.g. RPM, Egg)
Configuration management tools (puppet, cobbler)
Browser extensions for Firefox or Chrome
