Frontend Developers are an essential part of HAUS.Working closely with our design team, we implement the user interface and engineer the experience of every application moving through the studio. We build out abstractions and patterns that emphasize efficiency, such as our React-Flux-Gulp boilerplate. We make the most of modern tools like React, ES6, and SASS, and we ensure our applications work well on all screen sizes. Our specialities vary, but we always strive to have each other’s back, share excitement and new information, and continuously move in the same direction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Designers to iterate on the design and implementation of the application experience

• Work with Backend Developers to build features and efficiencies

• Build efficient, reusable front-end components and infrastructure

• Find and address performance issues

• Participate in design and code reviews

• Identify and communicate front-end best practices

• Maintain the ability to delegate tasks to other developers
