Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. has an immediate opening for an Engineering Manager – Product Securityat ourCorporate Headquartersin the Lehigh Valley, PA. In this position, you would be a key part of the Engineering development team, developing innovative embedded control systems for lighting and energy control systems. Responsibilities:

• Championan understanding across Lutron of the importance of secure systems, along with risk vs. cost analyses.

• Develop a software development process that drives stable, efficient, secure, scalable systems upon which world-class embedded software applications can easily be built.

• Help plan and execute internal and external responses to attacks, both technical and non-technical.

• Balance a variety of tasks related to: requirements gathering, user interface design, real time schedulers, software development, testing, trouble-shooting, and software maintenance

• Identify and develop outside consultants in both academia and the industry in the field of embedded software security.

• Mentor and coach colleagues to expand the effectiveness of those around you

• Assure a high standard of quality in your own work and in the work of others on your team via good coding practices, process improvements, clean designs, smart testing and review practices
