Job Description

• Draft a wide variety of legal agreements

• Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters

• Provide internal advisory services and legal support to all departments within Company

• Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery

• Understand non litigation law especially about Alternative Dispute Resolution

• Processing problem solving skill and prevention point of views for any potential legal issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Law

• Working experience as corporate legal at Fintech company

• Strong understanding of corporate and business law

• Having PERADI will be a plus

• Attention to detail and have a sense of legal risk awareness

• Good communication and problem solving skill
