• By actively coaching and continuously providing feedback to team members.

What we have worked on last quarter

• Created a first implementation of item-to-item recommendations.
• Created automated sales forecast for (logistical) planning purposes saving millions in logistical overhead and storage cost, whilst still being able to keep our promises to our customers: next day delivery.

Team You’ll team up with some of the smartest, most motivated guys and girls you have ever worked with.Some of them are pretty junior, so they will need some coaching and guidance in real production software development.Next to that, you will work with your manager to create the ultimate partnership to ensure Business Intelligence becomes the indispensable core of Coolblue, providing insights and support for the business and customers.
