Position Overview: We’re seeking talented web professionals with strong coding and design skills who will be responsible for the design and development of alternative variations of webpages using the Kaizen Platform editor. You’ll have an opportunity to help change the look and feel of an array of top-tier web properties and will be involved in the data-driven creative strategy, design and coding of these projects. Through our platform your designs will be tested alongside other variations to reach maximum performance. You will work closely with our Customer Success Team who are available to support you every step of the way. From ensuring you get a clear project scope and detailed brand guidelines, to managing client feedback and experiment results, you will have to resources you need to build and improve your optimization skills. You should be comfortable multi-tasking across projects of varying scope. You must remain current on major design and engineering technologies as well as best practices in website optimization, personalization and user experience design.
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience with primary duties focused on web design and front-end development
- Rapid concept creation and excellent creative design skills
- 1+ years of project management experience or actings as project lead with other design/dev resources
- Ability to create high-quality designs and build into a functioning browser compatible execution using proper markup, CSS, HTML and augment with interactive features using JS and jQuery
- Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery and other languages used to dynamically render content
- Strong understanding of responsive design and dynamic content
- Cross-browser and cross-platform compatible design and development
- Familiar with formal QA methodologies, processes and techniques
- Experience with content management systems (CMS’s)
- Experience at a digital agency in online retail or direct response marketing preferred
- Tablet and mobile optimized development experience
- Certification in any relevant technologies or affiliation with recognized creative organizations
