Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join the Yembo Design team. This position is a unique opportunity to own the design and user experience of a consumer-facing product that revolutionizes home services with powerful AI functionality, while also working with the Design team to continue building and maintaining our design system, Yemblocks. A successful candidate will be excited and able to iterate and collaborate with our design, product, and technical teams, continuously enhancing our product’s design and functionality as we continue to develop our AI product offerings and bring value to home service businesses and homeowners. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of new features and updates to our flagship moving product

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in collaboration with our product and engineering teams

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create a seamless user experience for our products

• Collaborate with the design team to maintain and iterate on our design system

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS and/or B2B products

• Fluency in Figma

• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment

• Experience using and iterating on a design system

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to fully own and manage design priorities across a product

Preferred Skills/Bonus:

• Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development

• Experience creating and maintaining asset libraries

• Experience drawing and animating vectors

• Experience with user research and usability testing

Salary: $90,000 + Benefits + Equity Benefits
