The Role

As a Manager, Software Engineering, you’ll ensure the success of Bloomerang’s software development teams. You’ll directly manage 1-2 teams of engineers that work on cloud native web applications while collaborating closely with other team members, Product Managers, QA, and DevOps.

What You Will Do

• Lead 2 teams of 2-5 engineers in the development of cloud native applications

• Establish clear performance standards and ensure goals are met

• Provide career mentorship and coaching to engineers

• Cultivate relationship with product, QA, devops,and others to better understand and deliver business needs

• Provide career mentorship and coaching to engineers

What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years of cloud native web development

• 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams

• Strong management and leadership abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and common development practices.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $122,000 – $165,500.. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
