As a PHP developer at PANDA, you will work with our CTO and Lead Designer to develop new applications in PHP/Twig that are heavily reliant or integrated with real-time data feeds (XML/JSON) and live & on-demand video.
Responsibilities
- Create highly-scalable new applications using PHP and Twig
- Support and expand existing high traffic applications and admin tools
- Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications
- Document features and technical specifications (including API)
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ of experience as a developer or engineer
- Expertise in front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases
- Expertise with real-time data deeds (XML, JSON) and live video streaming
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- As we work in regulated industries, candidates must be able to pass a full-background check and/or security clearance
In additional to being a skilled PHP developer, we’re looking for a skilled communicator. As a remote team, we rely on our team mates to be active sharers of information, independently driven, and passionate about their work. We use Slack, Zoom and other cloud-based project management tools to keep everyone in the loop.
