This position deals directly with customers to resolve their issues with Sencha products. Customer contact is done via our support portal. There will be some phone interaction, but it will be minimal. Applicant must have prior experience with ExtJS.
Assist customers with account related issues
Ensure monitoring and progress of customer issues
Contribute to the forums in a professional and experienced manner
Explain technical ideas in simple but effective language
Extrapolate customer needs into feature requests
Filing bugs within JIRA
