All the pieces are in place for a Partner Program Manager to join the team, strategize and execute on key partnerships to grow the program to scale. If you care about the future of education, can nurture relationships with key decision-makers in commercial and educational environments, and have some technical expertise, we’d love to talk to you. You’ll be part of a distributed team focused on empowering student developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Research: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships.
  • Process design: Develop and manage process for evaluating partnership opportunities.
  • Relationship management: Design and document an evolving set of standard partnership benefits and requirements, negotiate terms of partnership agreements, and maintain partner relations.
  • Strategy: Lead the creation of product offerings specifically tailored to partners.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for partnership discussions, lead marketing of partnership announcements.
  • Growth: Expand our existing partner relationships and establish a cadence of new partner relationships.

Qualifications:

  • You have an established track record of successfully managing partner relationships, negotiating agreements and liaising with key stakeholders including senior management.
  • You have marketed a portfolio of developer-focused products.
  • You have experience creating, documenting, and implementing standardized business procedures.

  • You’ve worked asynchronously with distributed team members.
