1. Standardize the CSS files related to the HTML source (color CSS, component CSS, page-specific CSS) to make it easy to maintain by allowing changes to color codes and container styles.

2. Modify to be responsive like the provided benchmarked site.

3. Implement webpage interactions.

4. Looking for someone who can provide maintenance after the main work is completed.

5. Maintenance work after the project (additional payment per task)

6. The benchmarked site will be provided via messenger after connection.
