The Challenge

We’re looking for a Solution Engineering Intern that will report to the CoE RFX Lead. In this role, you will provide strategic advice, build cutting-edge tools, and formulate best practices for our teams, ultimately creating a competitive edge over our competition in the market. Our RFX team ensures OneTrust wins competitive deals to grow the customer base and contribute to market education. Your Mission

  • Assist in competitive projects and learn alongside of our account teams how to win deals. This includes engaging with customers to differentiate OneTrust from other vendors.

  • Co-Lead initiatives and projects to develop scalable tools, templates, and best practice assets for our global GTM teams. Collaboration will be key, involving external customers/partners and internal stakeholders such as Go-to-Market, Product Management/Marketing and Corporate Strategy.

  • Assist in translating our customers’ business challenges into solutions within our product portfolio, creating a unique value proposition that only OneTrust can offer. You will develop your skills to showcase the strategic and quantitative value of our solution in every engagement.

  • In this multifaceted role, you will start building out your trust intelligence industry expertise in addition to consulting and analytical skills. It will enable you to create a deep understanding of the industry’s landscape, technology trends, and competitive practices.

You Are

  • Working towards a degree at an exceptional university. Preferably a program in Technology & Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

  • Having prior experience in management consulting, solution engineering, or a similar fast-paced environment, particularly through internships.

  • Comfortable in navigating ambiguous and dynamic situations, actively seeking opportunities to think innovatively and beyond conventional boundaries.

  • Approaching complex problems with a data mindset, working in a structured manner, and enjoy acquiring proficiency in new topics.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented, as well as possess excellent presentation and communication skills in English, other languages are a plus.

  • Able to simultaneously grasp the strategic big picture while effectively managing the details of the task at hand.

start date: 3rd september. Full time; 40h/week.
