About You

You have designed, built, and deployed high-performance platforms to support data warehousing and batch big-data processing (experience in the subscription box marketplace a plus).

You have a strong programming background in Python and Scala, and experience modeling and querying for PostgreSQL databases.

You’re comfortable with emerging big data processing technologies such as Spark.

You’re committed to data quality, can track quality issues all the way down to the root cause, and implement fixes and audits to prevent/capture them.
