We are a recently funded real estate tech startup looking for a passionate marketing director interested in joining our team.
We have developed an advanced map based search that helps users locate building details, property ownership, and a lot more! We are moving forward with a disruptive model and have raised our first round of angel capital.
We are looking for a marketing director that will have the following responsibilities:
-With our support, create, execute, monitor and analyze social media campaigns -With our support, create original content for our social media channels -Engage with our users in social media to create valuable conversations for our brand -Help build brand awareness through marketing and public relations activities
Selected candidate will report directly to the company’s CEO and will be working closely with the technology department.
Selected candidate will have the opportunity to obtain equity
We have the following goals:
1 – Develop a pitch deck for Sales package for Investors and Brokers – overseeing graphic designer 2 – Review current marketing material 3 – Create budget for traditional marketing material 4 – Develop and send email blast 5 – Organize an Alpha party 6 – Implement traditional marketing 7 – Refine the pitch deck for Investors 8 – Follow up and create a sales team to reach out to owners investors brokers
Candidates will have
Excellent written and verbal skills. Full professional or native English language proficiency. Good listener and capable of learning fast. Good knowledge of the social media sphere Overachiever, proactive, and self-motivated. Comfort with uncertainty. Start-up mentality (multi-tasking, execution-oriented, transparent, embracing of change) Ability to work independently and without supervision.
Extra points if candidate: Has real estate or design experience Has experience running social media marketing campaigns. Has experience creating original content for a brand in social media channels
