Alisa Gaming is an international developer and publisher of mobile gaming applications for social and mobile platforms. Founded in 2012, the company developed and successfully marketed a mobile game product, Alisa Bingo (alisabingo.com/), that attracted millions of users worldwide. We are looking for an experienced producer who will help bring our gaming products to the new level. Our team consists of highly motivated professionals and is distributed throughout the world across different continents. On this position you will be in charge for product development and marketing, as wells as managing a distributed team of software engineers, artists, designers, community managers, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining and growing revenue figures.
- Responsible for product development and marketing.
- Work closely with software engineering and art teams to develop new game features and launch new updates.
- Manage live operations of in-game events.
- Analyze game metrics and user feedback on a daily basis and work to improve the product accordingly.
Requirements:
- Experience in launching and managing mobile gaming projects.
- In-depth understanding of F2P mobile/social game business.
- Be a fan of mobile/social games and an active gamer.
- Highly motivated and doer attitude.
- Clear understanding of game development technologies such as Cocos2D-X (C++), Flash/Adobe Air, Unity, Java, etc.
- Preferably technical background, ideally game programming experience in the past.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- MS/BS in Computer Science or related field.
- Fluent English.
