What we expect:

• Setting up and administrating Linux-based server infrastructures

• Working on multiple environments: both internal and for client projects

• Managing the tools we use: CI servers/agents, communication, staging servers

• Creating both single-node and clustered environments

• Setting up and using hosted (dedicated servers) and cloud-based (e.g. AWS) infrastructure

• Automating server setup using tools such as Chef or Ansible

• Minimal experience in containerization technologies such as Docker or Mesos

Nice to have:

• Experience with operating JVM-based services

• Experience in setting up and managing multi-node clusters

• Experience in close cooperation with clients

• Clueless developers with no devops experience – our devs build end-to-end solutions, no need to explain the basics to them

We conduct projects for clients from the US, Australia and South Africa, so a good knowledge of English is a must (spoken, written, by phone, etc.). At the same time, internally we are a Polish speaking company, so Polish language is also required.
