We’re OK GROW!, a web and mobile consultancy working for clients both big and small. We have an office in Toronto but we have a remote work culture.

The position

This is a lead engineer position. You will lead the development of a Rails app that is already being used at scale and continuing to grow.

You’re organized and pay attention to details. You have deep experience with Ruby and SQL, plus a solid foundation in computer science principles. You are experienced in or highly motivated to learn TDD, and are an expert in your tools/IDE of choice. Experience with AWS and/or scaling Rails apps is a plus (we do lots of both). And your working hours need to overlap with the east coast of North America.

You’ll work with a small but growing team and an experienced founder who are known in the Ruby and startup communities in Toronto.
