We are currently seeking Senior Full Stack Engineers to join our teams in retargeting, native ads, big data and data science to implement and develop products and features that will make a big impact for our external customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Write high quality maintainable code

• Work with product management and fellow engineers to plan features, create specifications, and estimate effort.

• Help establish technical standards as the product(s) scales up

• Create high profile customer facing/internal product(s)

• Develop novel solutions to the test, interface and stability challenges that arise in SOA environments

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience building production web applications in a corporate or start-up environment.

• Strong fundamentals: B. S.or M. S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Productive in one or more imperative programming languages.

• Productive in one or more server-side web frameworks and object-oriented languages.

• A solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design

• Experience in modern web application development and frameworks, e.g. ES6, React, Redux, Sass.

Bonus Points:

• Interest in deployment automation and scalable infrastructure. (AdRoll is a big user of AWS!)

• Meaningful contributions to the open source community

• A good sense of design, direction, and humor
