Position Description

You will ensure that all client projects run smoothly, assemble cross-functional teams of engineers and designers, and work with them to deliver results on-time and on-budget. You will be responsible for managing expectations and keeping clients happy. Daily activities will include the following: +Work closely with technical leads and product owners to drive planning and execution of projects ranging from complex backend integrations to full eCommerce store builds. +Identify significant risks and unknowns, and define and drive resolution plans. +Ensure projects are well tested and meet quality standards. +Host client meetings to ensure priorities are in line with client expectations.

This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere.

What we’d like to see

+Multiple years experiences in a project management role, preferably in a web agency environment +A deep understanding of agile software development best practices. +Capacity to thoroughly understand the functional and technical aspects of complex systems. +Proven leadership skills and previous experience managing cross-functional teams +Expertise with Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Spree eCommerce platforms a plus
