https://starbridge.ai is a Series A stage startup building software to help small businesses win government contracts. Our 15 person, remote-first team is looking for an AI engineering lead. Compensation for the role is $110k-$180k in addition to significant startup equity.

Your responsibilities:

– Collaborate closely with our team as we productize new AI-powered capabilities: such as AI proposal writing & search experiences.

– Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable production retrieval and agentic systems.

– Implement strong testing and CI/CD practices that help us move with confidence in our AI system development

Technical Expertise: Advanced coding skills in Python with 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, particularly in AI/ML development.
