You should have interest, passion and in-depth knowledge in building and managing full-stack software and creating a technology infrastructure that enables growth. Your responsibilities include:

• Writing software in Rails

• Creating, maintaining and upgrading our codebase based on agreed upon technical requirements

• Keeping up with changes, improvements & vulnerabilities in our chosen technologies

• Writing clear, concise documentation

• Triaging bugs and delivering stable code that you are proud of

• Converting complex problems into technical specs

• Designing and implementing new features and maintain existing features

• Creating scalable processes for further software development as company grows
