Responsibilities

• Help us plan our site layout and functionality by clarifying goals with website stakeholders, and develop site navigation by categorizing content and funneling traffic through content.

• Help develop overall user experience and consistency across our corporate website, including specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flow.

• Develop detailed page wireframes, user flows, (interactive) mockups and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.

• Work with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineering, customer service, marketing, merchandising, QA, etc.) on complex user flows and commerce driven projects.

• Work seamlessly with Brand Design team to develop and maintain signature aesthetics, standards, and brand integrity.

• Envision and develop intuitive, scalable, and engaging interactions and experience designs for multiple platforms (web and mobile).

• Develops site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, etc.

• Work with the Demand Gen department to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.

• Delve into relevant data (e.g. google analytics) to identify trends in user behavior on the site and use this as a guiding function for site improvements.

• Upgrade site by updating content and graphics, identifying and evaluating improvement options and/or introducing new technology.

• Stay current with the latest design and technology trends and best practices across web, desktop, and mobile platforms, and adopt modern techniques as appropriate.

• Establish design templates and guidelines for maintaining design consistency throughout the site.
