Technical/Functional Skills:

• Responsible for designing, in addition to developing, and testing web applications on various Microsoft based development platforms and frameworks.

• Decomposition of Systems Requirements Specifications to derive software and code design.

• Adherence and enforcement of established development patterns and practices.

• Traceability of specifications throughout the entire application lifecycle.

• Formal documentation of systems design and development.

• Management of change through effective application of change control processes.

• Identification, escalation, and participation in resolving issues that require management attention.

• Participating in code design and development exercises.

• Participate in test strategy discussions to ensure coverage of all code.

• Identifying and recommending opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the business unit and team.
