Job Description Crossover is looking for a strong Product Owner / Product Manager to help us define and build the software products that underpin our continued success. We value useful, innovative user experiences in our product. We are obsessed with continuous improvement and will often trade-off ‘perfect’ for ‘now’ but will never stop iterating towards ‘perfect’. You are going to be fully hands on with the product. You will collect the requirements, work with the Design team to build mockups and have them reviewed by stakeholders including the CEO, then get them built by Engineering and validating the UX yourself and with our customers. You will also own an independent part of the overall product roadmap and have your own development team responsible for building the features you define. This is a completely remote position. You can work from anywhere in the world but also with people from all over the world. Therefore strong communication and presentation skills are crucial for your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage and evangelise product roadmaps that reflect Crossovers vision
• Create innovative user interactions and work with our visual designers to create great visual comps for use by engineering
• Create and prioritize the product backlog
• Work closely with our engineers to go from comps to working software
• Manage a development process with an expected weekly (or faster) production release within a highly agile framework

Compensation

• Salary: 50 USD/hr
• Position type: Full time (40 hours per week and up)
