Big Squid is an enthusiastic, fast­ paced, and dynamic start up that is designing and developing custom web apps for the fastest growing data & business intelligence (BI) ecosystems in the industry.

We’re starting to build out our development team, and we’re looking for developers who love adventure and new technologies. Our Salt Lake City office is in the middle of downtown, in a great loft location, and has a very fun, laid-back environment. There’s flexibility, and it’s an opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

You’ll be working directly with other developers and designers to develop front-end web applications. There are numerous projects and some are fast paced, so the work is challenging and never boring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize AngularJS to develop applications, create dynamic animated charts using D3.
• Develop innovative and visually engaging web applications in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Work on a team of developers and closely with the Big Squid creative team to create unique web applications.
• A love of development and interest in learning new languages; participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations.
