As you will be working remotely to build cutting edge eCommerce applications you should be responsible and able to schedule your time effectively. In addition you must be a tinkerer by nature and able to improve existing software and even come up with improvements on software you have built yourself. You must be your own harshest critic and a focused, achievement oriented person.
