We are looking for a UX/UI Web Developer that can nimbly manage both the back end and front end of our corporate site [and more] with skillfulness. The ideal candidate will be able to exercise both left-brained (analytical) and right-brain (creative) hemispheres. Assist the Senior UX/UI Designer as the company’s official webmaster, responsible for building and managing a CMS site (currently WordPress) including its design, usability, functionality and maintenance. Ability to problem solve; identify issues/opportunities and articulate direction(s) or solution(s). Provide guidance and recommendations based on data to improve performance and user experience. Maintain a high level of awareness and interest in technology. Must eat, sleep, and breathe technology and design by monitoring developments, market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior. Advise leaders of trends in digital communications.

This position will report to the Senior UX/UI Designer. He/she will have partnerships with IT, Brand Management, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, Legal/Regulatory, Compliance, Customer Service, Events, Recognition, Corporate Communications, International Sales and Executives.
