About the Engineering Team

We work together in a pretty novel fashion – team leaders are elected by their teammates, and responsibilities normally held by a single manager are distributed across multiple roles. We have very open discussions about our product, our organization, and shared priorities.

We’re always iterating on how we work and what we build. We’re growing fast and we know that what may have worked a year ago won’t necessarily work a year from now. This applies to both the technology and the organization of our teams. We want to provide the best analytics experience for developers and co-create the best work environment for each other – willingness to evolve is essential.

About theExperience Team

Keen is building the future of analytics-by-API. Our team is focused on making the pieces of Keen that users interact with directly amazing. We build and maintain the core Keen website which handles signup+login, project and organization management, building and visualizing queries via our Explorer and Dashboards apps, and also the Keen internal administrative interface the company uses on a daily basis.

To meet these challenges we have to work efficiently and effectively, both as individuals and as a collaborative team. You will help us be thoughtful and deliberate about tackling the right problems at the right time. You’ll help make building and maintaining our projects easier. You’ll have the opportunity to gain deep understanding of every aspect of our service and teach others! Most importantly, you will collaborate with some pretty amazing humans.
