Our cloud product allows users to create new clusters or expand existing ones easily This product would be built on technologies such as OpenStack, AWS, Docker, and others to enable the Operations Teams to easily create and manage multiple Elastic Clusters.

Requirements

• Lead the team of developers and SREs to build Elastic Cloud Enterprise, our new on-premise software product for provisioning and managing multiple instances of the Elastic Stack

• Take responsibility for the quality and uptime of the Elastic Cloud SaaS offering

• Manage schedules and work with the team to set priorities

• Consistently provide performance feedback to team

• Participate in hiring and other people decisions

• Respond to escalations from support and sales as needed

• Contribute to the engineering process, providing quality software as a first priority
