We’re looking for experienced Delphi developers to join us in developing world class software in the Family Entertainment industry. Our software is used worldwide by arcades, water parks, bowling centers and movie theaters. The software you will be working on has tight integration with hardware such as turnstiles, cashless systems and advanced paymentdevices. We love and use mobile and have a strategy heavily focused around Android andFiremonkey.

We are a company of about 60 people, thoughyou will be joining a small team of 5 developers who work on this group of products.

Our ideal candidate has many years of experience in Delphi or strongly competent in Delphi with many years of experience in other object oriented languages. We are not looking for drag-and-drop coders. You should know and have demonstrable experience in writing to interfaces and architecting maintainable code. You will sometimes be asked to document your work for end-users and often chip with with QA during the testing cycle.

You will be expected to have an opinion on the right way to tackle a problem and be able to defend it. You must be a mentor to the rest of the team but be accepting to the fact that you have things to learn as well. You will be tasked with finding obscure problems in very complex code and recommending solutions that don’t only involve starting from the ground up.

Experience in the Family Entertainment industry is preferred but the ability to quickly understand domain knowledge isrequired.

This industry is fast paced and weekend based. As such, your jobwill often require long hours or chipping in to help on the weekends.

Ideally the developer we selectwould relocate to Meridian, MS to join our on-site development team, but remote is an option adeveloper that is a perfect fit.

All applicants will be required to code a small Delphi application to our specification (approximately 1 to 4 hours)as a qualification to be interviewed.
