You have preferably a few years of Meteor development under your belt, and have used React in a Meteror project to great effect. You care about clean code and good practices, and is able to share your knowledge as well as improving yourself. More important than this though, is the cultural fit with the company over time. In the end, we are looking for someone who can work with us over a longer period.
