We are looking for a talented Tableau BI Developerto join our team. Although we have offices in Pompano Beach, FL, you can work full-time from anywhere in the comfort of your own home (or join us in the office if you prefer, full relocation provided). Mid and senior (and very senior, and very very senior) levels of applicantswith anywhere from 2 thru 20+ years experience are welcome to apply. Though we do not hire based on specific languages or technologies, we currently plan to primarily utilize the AWS stack (i.e. Redshift, Dynamo, EMR) and Tableau for data visualization.

You should:

You will:

• Conduct full lifecycle activities including requirements gathering and analysis, reporting/ux design, develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and key metrics to identify improvements across a multitude of financial and non-financial areas

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical/billing/invoicing/etc techniques and provide ongoing reports

• Take ownership of bringing new reporting and analytics capabilities to our company and products

• Work independently within a group of executives, techies, operations staff, etc. to drivereporting and analytics capabilities and adoption

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with other independent peopleto ensure optimal progress towards our goals

You must:

• Demonstrate strongknowledge of and experience with one or more mainstream reporting and analytics packages (Tableau, Excel, SSPS, SAS, Looker, Qlik, Business Objects, etc)

• Display working knowledge of the SQL language and/or SQL-based relational and non-relational database system(s) (i.e. Redshift, SQL Server, Oracle, NoSql systems, etc.)

• Possess foundational knowledge of mainstream web development and technologies

• Have a solid command of written and spoken English
