Elastic is building out Kibana, Elastic’s Open Source Data Visualization Platform and applications for management, monitoring, graph, and analytics. From histograms to geomaps, Kibana brings data to life with visuals that can be combined into custom dashboards that help users share insights from your data far and wide. Elastic’s other applications provide management capabilities as well as other, innovative views into time series data sets. Requirements

• Lead the team of developers to build Elastic’s UI offerings.

• Take responsibility for the quality of the Kibana product and other apps

• Manage schedules and work with the team to set priorities

• Consistently provide performance feedback to team

• Participate in hiring and other people decisions

• Respond to escalations from support and sales as needed

• Contribute to the engineering process, providing quality software as a first priority
