We are looking for a highly motivated individual with advanced Ruby on Rails programming capabilities to expand our multi-app web platform. Bring your experience building, maintaining and operating a consumer web app and its ecosystems.

To be successful, you will work closely with both the engineering and business team. You will be focused on successful software design, engineering and delivery. You will conduct code review, enhance existing code, and collaborate to bring new business stories to life. You will develop unit tests and author code documentation.

Our environment is one of agile development teams and processes and an agile methodology. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering and process skills honed inside a software solution company; start-up experience desired. S/he should lean heavily on execution and delivery from an engineering perspective, but also be able to think analytically and creatively in terms of short and long-term architecture and strategic/technology vision.
