Production Systems is seeking a highly experienced Lead Software Developer to lead our team to create, enhance, test and support our software product. We are offering top pay for the top performer required for this position.

Our product, TotalRod, is licensed by oil and gas companies to help manage their operations. This includes drilling, completions, well servicing, well failures, production gauging, well tests, fluid levels, pumping unit inspections, and much more. We are a small business with big goals. Job Responsibilities

• Provide the personal leadership and technical expertise to:

• Develop and test new features in our desktop and web applications

• Document and maintain software functionality and knowledge base

• Interact with customers to deploy new software versions

• Support sales team with product demos and technical expertise

• Consistently deliver results on time
