We are currently in the beginning phases of creating our product lines, which include paddles, balls, apparel, bags, and accessories. We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Apparel Designer to join our team and help bring our vision to life.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Apparel Designer at PickleBali, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical designs and tech packs for our apparel line. You will work closely with our team and manufacturers to develop high-quality products that meet our brand standards. Your role will involve designing innovative and functional sportswear that not only looks great but also performs well on the court.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive tech packs for apparel, including 3D renderings, technical drawings, measurements, material specifications, and construction details.
- Collaborate with the product development team to create designs that align with PickleBali’s brand identity and vision.
- Source and select appropriate materials and fabrics, considering performance, durability, and aesthetics.
- Communicate directly with overseas manufacturers to ensure clear understanding of design specifications and requirements.
- Review and evaluate samples, providing detailed feedback and suggestions for improvements.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal reviews and testing, ensuring the final products meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in sports apparel design to bring fresh ideas and improvements to our product line.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical apparel design, preferably in sportswear or activewear.
- Proficiency in CAD software and 3D design tools (e.g., CLO 3D, Adobe Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and textile properties.
- Experience in creating detailed tech packs and communicating with manufacturers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for sports, particularly pickleball, is a plus.
