We are looking for a Developer Relations engineer who will be the focal point for coordinating customer relationship activities. Duties will include assisting game developers in the design, integration, and support of Vivox features on PCs, consoles and mobile devices as well as game play testing. You will manage developer requests in a timely and thorough manner while ensuring company readiness for customer prior to betas and launches. You will produce customer status reports for internal and external consumption and work with end users in games to investigate and/or resolve implementation issues.
