AudiologyDesign, a leading website services company with a market-dominant position in the hearing healthcare profession, is seeking a knowledgeable Intermediate/Senior PHP Platform Developer with experience in a later stage startup environment who is motivated, creative, and fun, to maintain and rebuild our core web-based platform.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Full-time, 8a-5p in your time zone

• Work from your home office

• Must be located in the United States and be legally eligible to work for us without visa sponsorship

• Company-provided MacBook Pro, ISP stipend, etc

• Travel may be required once or twice per year for team or project meetings

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain CMS/CRM platform (written in CakePHP), work to migrate off legacy platform

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve service tickets in our ticket management system, Redmine

• Bug fixes, code refactoring, feature integration

• Collaborate with Client Site (frontend) Developers to improve and modularize their website code

• Improve and maintain server infrastructure, backup strategies and IT procedures pertaining to infrastructure and users

• Develop new features

• Continually innovate our systems to improve operational process efficiencies through automation

• Make large-scale improvements to the codebase, looking for ways to add redundancy and stability and improve code quality
