The Sales Executivewill collaborate with the Vice President Sales, Training, People and the Marketing team to design and execute laser-focused lead generation & sales strategies to source new business opportunities. The right applicant will bring a balance of quantitative and qualitative skills, a strong sense of empathy for both clients and colleagues, and a consistent eye for detail to ensure a sound game plan and that client relationships are best-in-class. The Sales Executive will demonstrate the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness.
Things you will do:
Research identified prospects/potential market opportunities to identify opportunities to engage with the right companies/personas and begin the conversation.
Work closely with the VP Sales, Training, People to research other vertical markets and come up with a list of target companies and pipeline accounts to go after.
Collaborate closely with Marketing to capture inbound leads and own the ongoing communications with qualified prospects. Work together on campaigns and other marketing/sales initiatives.
Research relevant events and participate in 2-3 events per month to network and search for new leads.
Keep up to date research file on competitors.
Run highly targeted, personal and relevant campaigns to select personas within the named account segments on a continual basis.
Track all pipeline activities through a client management data base, and provide insight & reports to management on a bi-weekly basis.
Build proposals for client engagements in coordination with thedevelopmentteam that includes accurate project scope and talent expectations.
Hire, grow and develop a global sales force over time.
