45/RPM is looking to hire a full-time Account Manager to join our growing team!

45/RPM is a Digital Agency with a team of strategists, designers, front-end and back-end developers, copywriters, and project managers in our Washington, DC and Mexico City offices.

We want big thinkers who can turn real client needs into powerful ideas. While we stress creative thinking, we also stress the importance of getting work done and being grounded in reporting, analytics, and the data that informs these ideas and makes them smart as well as interesting.

We focus on implementing digital brands, strategies, and experiences; but we are also frequently brought on to provide higher level strategy and other marketing support, including marketing campaign development, social media outreach, and PPC/SEM/Paid Online Advertising support.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years experience in digital strategy or execution inside an agency

• Experience with coordinating and delivering complex strategies and user experiences

• Ability to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns

• Ability to develop requirements with clients and our design and development teams

• Ability to set high level messaging and write content/copy in a pinch

• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads, etc.

• Knowledge of CMS, ecommerce, and CRM platforms

• Spanish and English language skills, with a requirement to manage client communications in English

• Self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working in a small, dynamic environment

• Team player who is able to learn on-the-go and often help out in other areas

• Very strong interpersonal communication skills

• Previous client-facing communications required

• Past marketing experience required

• Knowledge of Google Adwords and Google Analytics preferred

• Detail-oriented thinker, who can work under tight deadlines

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and overseeing all day-to-day client-communications such as leading meetings, providing frequent project updates, and acting as liaison for internal team

• Working daily with designers, copywriters, front-end and back-end developers, in both the US and Mexico City

• Contributing to 45/RPM’s digital presence

• Owning and leading new accounts
