Join our team of database and distributed systems engineers, where you’ll work on the guts powering the Imply product. The star of the backend isDruid, a high-performance, open-source, distributed column store. Imply engineers are major contributors to the Druid project and play a key role in leading its development. Outside of Druid, the Imply backend also includes cluster orchestration, metrics collection, and security infrastructure. For this role, you should be familiar with Java programming and ideally you have worked on databases or distributed systems in the past.
