Leader who can analyze a QA landscape, see areas to improve, and make it stronger.
Loves collaborating throughout the entirety of the SDLC with a distributed team (SW Development, Product Manager, Designer, Customer Champions) of talented players.
Makes quality happen on the input side and not just the output side – partner in the design and definition of new features or enhancements with your QA lens.
Roll-up-your-sleeves software tester that can build and execute manual/automated unit/integration/regression/smoke tests effectively and knows when to use them.
Fast learner that can see the big picture and speaks up when something doesn’t feel right.
People leader that can get the most from the SQA Analysts on your team.

What we are looking for:
You have at least 2 years experience as a SQA Engineer.
You have at least 2 years experience managing or supervising a team.
You have successfully put SQA processes in place before.
You know your way around software design, programming and automated testing software.
You live for details. You understand that details are the difference between a failed and successful release. In fact, when we ask you later, you will tell us that your favorite color is Island Blue!
You have a BS in Computer Information Systems, or related experience.
You are self-driven and can thrive as part of a remote team.
