We are searching for a Software Quality Assurance Engineerconfident in taking our good QA function to world-class status. We need a player/coach that can check all the boxes on this list:

• QA pro that has already turned out high-quality software while improving throughput.

• Connected QA industry sponge that is on top of trends and knows what works.

• Leader who can analyze a QA landscape, see areas to improve, and make it stronger.

• Loves collaborating throughout the entirety of the SDLC with a distributed team (SW Development, Product Manager, Designer, Customer Champions) of talented players.

• Makes quality happen on the input side and not just the output side – partner in the design and definition of new features or enhancements with your QA lens.

• Roll-up-your-sleeves software tester that can build and execute manual/automated unit/integration/regression/smoke tests effectively and knows when to use them.

• Fast learner that can see the big picture and speaks up when something doesn’t feel right.

• People leader that can get the most from the SQA Analysts on your team.

What we are looking for:

• You have at least 2 years experience as a SQA Engineer.

• You have at least 2 years experience managing or supervising a team.

• You have successfully put SQA processes in place before.

• You know your way around software design, programming and automated testing software.

• You live for details. You understand that details are the difference between a failed and successful release. In fact, when we ask you later, you will tell us that your favorite color is Island Blue!

• You have a BS in Computer Information Systems, or related experience.

• You are self-driven and can thrive as part of a remote team.

• You have navigated the challenges of working remotely and are fully prepared to work within them.

• A little coding knowledge goes a long way so let us know what you know. C# and Java knowledge get extra points.
