About Project
We’re looking for full-stack developers with strong TypeScript and JavaScript knowledge to work on a greenfield real estate web application.
The project is a minimal viable product created for one of the startups based in Miami. You will have an opportunity to create elegant, maintainable application, from ground-up.
You will work with innovative design to create beautiful software and put the consumers first throughout the process of buying and selling homes. Get ready to dive in and solve challenging business problems in a customer-friendly way. Unleash your brilliance and do work that matters.
Non-Technical Requirements
-Ability to work 40h / week on a B2B contract -Contract is initially for 3 months with strong possibility of extension -You can be located anywhere, as long as you have a good internet connection -Required working hours: 8am – 12pm EST -Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written)
Technical Requirements
-Experience in Nodejs development in production -Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, SCSS and CSS -Experience with databases, both relational and noSQL -Experience with front-end frameworks -Experience with build tools like Gulp -A strong focus on continuous integration and delivery -Experience with different testing approaches -Ability to build high-performance and scalable applications -A working knowledge of application security and authentication -Good understanding of design and implementation of RESTful web services -Knowledge of Agile software development process -Distinct customer focus and quality mindset -Ability to create independent, modular code -Knowledge of design patterns and object-oriented programming principles
