Cornerstone Information Systems is actively seeking a BI Developer to join our growing TravelOptix® team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working in a fast-paced environment to deliver on critical business initiatives

• Maintain, debug and test BI applications as needed

• Utilize defect and enhancement tracking software and processes

• Working on designing and developing various analytic reports and dashboards in Qlik Sense

• Designing, developing and maintaining several ETL processes

• Developing, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting Qlik Sense / QlikView applications

• Evaluating the business needs and translating them into Qlik-based solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational, problem solving, coding, unit testing and debugging skills

• Experience in DW/BI related technologies and tools (Qlik, Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc…)

• Programming experience creating visualizations, building dashboards, and prototypes

• Strong team player and willingness to learn and the ability and desire to share knowledge and experience to other team members

• Results driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required

• Experienced in creating visualizations, building dashboards and prototypes

• SQL data base development and experience writing advanced SQL queries

• Knowledge of front-end design and data visualization techniques and best practices

• Data modeling, dimensional modelling and working with large data sets

Preferred Credentials and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study

• Hands-on experience in design, development, and support of Qlik Sense and/or QlikView applications

• Use of complex Qlik Sense functions and developing optimal scripts

• Experience with statistical tools is a plus

• Experience with Qlik Sense Nprinting is a plus
