JBS, Inc. is a custom software solution provider looking to hire a full-time, senior lead .net developer with strong javascript experience. JBS specializes in high volume web applications based on Microsoft and open source platforms.

All JBS developers work remotely so the position also requires a high degree of independence and self-motivation. Required

• 8+ years experience in software development

• 5+ years with Microsoft web development stack

• 5+ years with SQL Server

• 5+ years with javascript and javascript frameworks

• Experience with Azure, including common workloads:

• AppServices (PaaS)

• Virtual Machines (IaaS)

• SQL Azure

• Application Insights

• Network Resources – Load Balancing, segmentation

• Experience with Visual Studio Team Services

• DevOps best practices

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system environment

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to accurately estimate work

• Commitment to provide quality completed deliverables with sound logic and a high level of maintainability

Nice To Have

• Experience in e-commerce development

• Experience with NoSql databases such as MongoDB

• Experience with Microservices Architectures

• Experience building and designing REST-based web services using JSON
