Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to write maintainable, testable, and efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Design and develop features for our application server in conjunction with our front end team.
- Implement unit tests to maintain code quality.
- Work to migrate existing code to modern .NET platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Profound experience in backend-end development with a strong understanding of C#/ASP.NET.
- Knowledge of design patterns and modern C# idioms.
- Familiarity with relational database, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with version git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have:
- Awareness of ORM principals and experience with NHibernate
- Solid understanding of the .NET ecosystem
- Exposure to front end technologies: Typescript, Vue, KnockoutJS
- Exposure to AWS hosting and infrastructure as code technologies (Terraform)
