Mission :
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to actively enhance our partnership recruitment, on-boarding and training activity. This role encompasses various activities :
- Training :
travel to partner locations on predetermined dates to deliver training to our North-America based partners
maintain training database and course data
gather and organize information about the product with the software release cycles
monitor and evaluate the quality of training ; revise as needed
maintain a current understanding of training trends and best practices
prepare and present workshops at users’ conference if needed
This will involve delivering material through various media including user guides, videos, virtual classroom, face-to-face training.
You will end up working with our teams to design training programs and materials.
- Sales :
you will learn how to identify and contact potential partners
organize partner meetings to discuss business opportunities
- Marketing :
- participate to conferences and company events to promote our product and provide product demos
The ideal candidate must have :
the professionalism, charisma, enthusiasm, and knowledge to help convert partners into enthusiasts
Experience in Python and PHP development
Git knowledge
excellent communication skills
a customer-oriented attitude combined with a positive and proactive nature
autonomy and the ability to work well with a distant international team
willingness and excitement to travel 50% of your time in Canada and the USA ; you have easy access to an international airport
educational background in software development will be a plus
Magento, WordPress, Symfony, Drupal and/or PaaS knowledge will grant you points
