- You’re familiar & skilled in our core technologies, with 5+ years full-stack experience
- You understand high-level architectural design
- You’re experienced with micro-services
- You’re experienced with design & delivery of products from conception through to testing & support
- You’ve advanced AWS experience & hopefully have DevOps experience
As a Leader:
- You’ve some formal experience leading & mentoring
- You ❤️ leading, coaching, mentoring & managing other developers
- You’re pretty skilled in running Agile practices & ceremonies
- You’re setup for remote work
