We’re looking for an experienced Typescript developer to join our team and help us ship the next generations of our Electron based photo management app.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering new features in our desktop app with Electron/TypeScript/React stack
- Contributing to technical design process of new features
- Converting designs into layouts using HTML/CSS
- Helping improve our code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and conducting code reviews
- Collaborating with the team to complete user stories, and with product management to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
- At least two years experience in TypeScript/JS and React
- Solid understanding of data structures, networking and HTTP
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Electron is not required, but preferred
- At least 3 hours of overlap with our Chicago office (CST time zone)
